Delicious Date Oat Balls (Vegan, Gluten Free, No Refined Sugar)


Date Oat Balls  

7-8 Organic Pitted Dates

2 Tablespoons of Organic Raw Almond Butter

2 Tablespoons of Organic Pure Maple Syrup

In a food processor, blend dates, almond butter and maple syrup together until smooth

Next, by hand, mix in…

1/3 Cup of Organic Rolled Oats  (Add additional oats if the mixture is extra wet/sticky)

1/4 Cup of Organic Cacao Nibs

1/2 scoop of Amazing Meal Protein Powder (optional)


I love to eat these as a snack throughout the day to keep me full (especially with the added protein powder) or as a sweet treat with blueberries, blackberries or strawberries. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
