I originally discovered Grindstone Bakery when living in Northern California but now that I am living in Southern California, they are able to overnight the bread right to my doorstep! Grindstone bakery makes the best bread for avocado toast, hands down!!
Every morning, I toast two or three thin slices of either the GF Plain Quinoa/Millet loaf or the GF High Flax Quinoa/Millet loaf. Once toasted, I spread 1/4 of an avocado on each slice. Next, I sprinkle on a little bit of pink Himalayan salt and garlic salt and voila! The perfect avocado toast!
For some added nutrients and flavor, try adding some organic sprouts!!
