Over the years, I wasted so much money on expensive, luxury face washes that claimed to work miracles on oily, acne prone skin. Sadly, none of them even compare to how beneficial this Dr. Bronner’s 18-in-1 unscented pure-castile liquid soap has been for my skin! This soap is gentle, non-toxic, cruelty free, effective and super affordable!
I started using this when I went on a trip and forgot to bring face wash. Luckily, a friend had this in their bag so I decided washing my face with this would be better than falling asleep with makeup on. At first I was a little worried to wash my face with something that had coconut oil and olive oil in it but I figured it was just a night or two, how bad could it be?
To my surprise, the Dr. Bronner’s soap took ALL of my makeup off (including waterproof mascara!) and left my skin feeling super clean! After the first wash, my skin did feel a little dry but I made sure to use a thicker moisturizer to compensate for this. I After a couple days of using it, my skin looked clearer than ever and I was hooked! I now use it as my face wash and body wash.
If you are like me and have tried almost everything to get clear, glowing skin, I highly recommend giving this stuff a shot! Castile soap is great for alleviating acne, eczema, psoriasis, and general redness. After using this for a couple of months, my skin is so clear and my wallet is pretty happy too!
